Refund policy

If you receive an item that has a defect, exchanges for the same product are allowed. Contact GloriaDei.contact@gmail.com with a description of the issue(s) within 30 days of receiving the product. Otherwise, since these products are shipped by a third party, there are no returns or exchanges. Products are made at demand which limits the supply to be as much as requested by customers!
